Employment Type: 80%-100% Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

GLV International Ltd., a leading global manufacturer and distributor in its industrial sector, is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Controller to support our financial operations.

This role requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2-3 years of experience who is ready for a high-impact position, overseeing compliance, driving financial analysis, and supporting our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee the preparation and finalization of periodical financial statements.
• Audit & Compliance: Lead the external audit process, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Global Operations Control: Direct involvement in the financial monitoring of our U.S. subsidiary and controlling intercompany and related-party transactions.
• Strategic Planning: Support the CFO with critical financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Project Control: Manage and monitor the financial aspects of special projects (e.g., grants, tax benefits) relevant to the manufacturing environment.
• Digital Transformation: Champion the implementation of digitization and automation initiatives in finance, leveraging BI tools for superior business insights.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in financial reporting and audit management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and excellent communication skills in English.
• Significant Advantage: Previous experience in a global industrial/manufacturing company and/or knowledge of Priority ERP.
• Strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and proven ability to drive process improvement.
