Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment processes for senior leadership and key positions across the organization. This role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, and proven expertise in identifying and attracting exceptional talent for critical roles.

Full-time (On Site) | Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership, management, and key organizational positions.
• Partner closely with executives, department heads, VPs, and business leaders to define hiring strategies and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments, evaluating professional expertise, leadership capabilities, business acumen, and organizational fit.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping, headhunting, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and strategic positions across the organization.
• Provide talent market insights, recruitment recommendations, and advisory support to hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional communities, industry networks, academic institutions, and other strategic talent sources.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and activities that strengthen the organization's ability to attract top talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate quality.

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on senior leadership and key organizational roles.
• Proven experience partnering with senior managers, directors, VPs, executives, and business leaders.
• Extensive experience conducting in-depth interviews and assessing candidates beyond professional qualifications, including leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and identifying passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for complex, business-critical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate organizational needs into effective hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with professional communities, industry organizations, and talent networks.
• High level of ownership, independence, discretion, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Experience working in executive search, consulting, or high-growth organizations.
