Telephony Systems Support Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring a Telephony Systems Support Specialist!

This is a great opportunity to join a technical support role focused on telephony systems, Call Center environments, and communication infrastructure. The role includes maintaining and supporting Cisco telephony systems, working with IVR and Real Time systems, troubleshooting issues, and leading tasks with vendors and technology interfaces.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in telephony and communication systems — required
• Experience working with Cisco telephony systems — required
• Experience with Call Center, IVR, and Real Time systems — required
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and TCP/IP — a major advantage
• Familiarity with information security domains — an advantage
