FP&A and Capital Markets Manager

We are seeking for an experienced FP&A and Capital Markets Manager to join the Corporate Development team. This role plays a central part in shaping the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and investment decision-making processes, supporting a multi-billion-dollar annual investment program

Responsibilities:

Capital Markets & Corporate Finance

• Build and maintain corporate-level funding strategy, including optimization of capital structure and long-term financing plans
• Drive debt and equity capital raising activities, including transaction execution, and coordination with external advisors
• Lead engagement with credit rating agencies, including preparation of analytical materials, management presentations, and ongoing rating processes
• Financial Planning
• Lead corporate cash flow planning, liquidity management, and sources-and-uses analysis
• Evaluate and support capital allocation decisions across the company’s business activities and geographic markets, with a focus on optimizing risk-adjusted returns and strategic value creation
• Lead the annual sources-and-uses budgeting process
• Own the corporate financial model and long-term forecasting framework, providing visibility into financial performance, liquidity, and funding requirements
• Prepare and present financial performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Define the company’s foreign exchange hedging strategy and related risk management policies, and collaborate with the Treasury team to ensure effective implementation and execution
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning, reporting, and decision-support processes

As part of the corporate development team, partner with the investor relations and M&A teams to support related activities

• Support investor relations activities, including preparation of financial analyses and materials for meetings with investors and sell-side analysts
• Support the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including transaction economics and impact on the company’s operations, financial performance, and capital requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline) – an advantage
• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, consulting, corporate finance, or economic/financial analysis roles, with a strong focus on financing and capital markets
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial and strategic scenarios
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial planning principles
• Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the renewable energy sector – an advantage
