About the Role

We are looking for a Solar Systems Monitoring Operator to join our monitoring center team. The role involves real-time monitoring of solar energy systems, identifying faults and anomalies, providing initial troubleshooting, and opening service tickets when required.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor solar energy systems using dedicated software platforms

✅ Identify system faults, anomalies, and performance issues

✅ Perform initial troubleshooting according to established procedures

✅ Analyze graphs, reports, and performance data

✅ Document and report incidents, findings, and technical issues

Work Schedule

🏠 Fully remote position

🕐 Morning, evening, and weekend shifts

📅 3–4 shifts per week

💻 Company laptop provided

Compensation & Benefits

💰 40 NIS per hour

Requirements

✔ Availability for 3–4 shifts per week

✔ Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

✔ Basic technical orientation

✔ Ability to work with multiple computer systems simultaneously

✔ Ability to read and interpret data, graphs, and reports

✔ High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
