Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst for an organization in Jerusalem.

An opportunity to lead end-to-end business and technological processes for a complex organizational billing system in an advanced technology environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, define, and manage the organizational billing system.

Lead business and technological processes from end to end.

Write specification documents and define technological solutions.

Support development, testing, and implementation processes.

Work with clients and internal and external organizational interfaces.

Provide ongoing support for requirements and production issues.

Support complex Web systems in an advanced technological environment.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis.

Background as a developer is an advantage.

Experience working with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.

Proven experience analyzing, defining, and managing complex systems.

Experience defining UX and work processes.

Experience working with Control-M.

Experience working in Agile methodology.

Experience designing data structures and writing specification documents for clients, development teams, and QA teams.
