NOC Operator | Jerusalem | Government Office

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operator for a government office in Jerusalem.

An excellent opportunity to join a critical Production environment, operating and monitoring large-scale server infrastructures and handling real-time incidents.

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate hundreds of servers in Production environments.

Work with physical Blade servers.

Work with Windows servers, with a focus on Exchange and Active Directory.

Support operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.

Work with basic communication network concepts, including TCP/IP.

Work with cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in the field.

At least 2 years of experience managing and operating hundreds of servers in Production environments.

Experience working with physical Blade servers.

Strong familiarity with Windows servers, with a focus on Exchange and Active Directory.

Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.

Basic knowledge of communication network concepts, including TCP/IP.
