תחומי אחריות:

 ניהול ותיעדוף הפעילות התפעולית והפרויקטים 

בקרה על איכות ביצועי הסניפים ועמידה בסטנדרטים- מכירות, רווחיות, שירות ותפעול

ניהול של מנהלים בכירים

זיהוי פערים בשטח וכניסה אקטיבית לניהול ותיקון תהליכים

טיפול בבלת"מים ושמירה על רציפות תפעולית

הובלת מהלכים להגדלת הכנסות, שיפור יחס המרה ושימור לקוחות

בנייה והטמעה של שיטות עבודה שמייצרות יעילות ותוצאות

ניהול ובקרה שוטפת על ביצועים באמצעות מדדים, דוחות וניתוחים

הפקת דוחות, הצגת סטטוסים והובלת תהליכי שיפור

 ניסיון מוכח בניהול תפעול - חובה

ניסיון בעולם הרכב- יתרון משמעותי

 יכולת הובלת תהליכים וניהול ריבוי משימות

 אסרטיביות, יצירתיות, סדר ויכולת עבודה תחת לחץ

 יחסי אנוש ויכולות תקשורת גבוהות

Areas of Responsibility:

Management and prioritization of operational activity and projects

Monitoring the quality of branch performance and compliance with standards, including sales, profitability, service, and operations

Management of senior managers

Identifying gaps in the field and taking an active role in managing and correcting processes

Handling unexpected operational issues and maintaining operational continuity

Leading initiatives to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and retain customers

Building and implementing work methods that create efficiency and results

Ongoing management and monitoring of performance through metrics, reports, and analyses

Preparing reports, presenting status updates, and leading improvement processes

Position Requirements:

Fluency in Hebrew and strong professional proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to international projects are a plus.

Proven experience in operations management, mandatory

Experience in the automotive industry, a significant advantage

Ability to lead processes and manage multiple tasks

Assertiveness, creativity, orderliness, and ability to work under pressure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Excel, Priority, and presentation preparation, mandatory
