CRM Dynamics Professionals

We are looking for experienced CRM Dynamics professionals to join large-scale enterprise projects and play a key role in designing, implementing, developing, and enhancing business-critical CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Lead CRM-related projects, enhancements, and implementation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Define processes, customer journeys, workflows, and system integrations.
• Create detailed specifications, functional designs, and process documentation.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Develop and maintain CRM extensions, plugins, custom components, APIs, and integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation solutions using Power Platform capabilities.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to CRM roadmap planning and execution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience in CRM analysis, implementation, product ownership, development, or system design.
• Strong understanding of business processes, customer service, sales, retention, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience with SQL Server and database querying.
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
