About The Role

As a QA Engineer, you will drive quality across complex systems and ensure reliable, high-quality product releases. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of quality across rapidly changing domains.
• Lead manual testing efforts for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows.
• Deeply understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to define requirements and the "Definition of Done."
• Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing).
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership and lead QA efforts within a team or domain.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus).
• Experience working with AI tools on a daily basis to create tests and tools.
  
  

• Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (even if it is not your main focus).
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments.
• Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems.
