What You'll Do

• Perform risk assessments for new systems, products, and technology initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and help mitigate technology-related risks.
• Analyze technology architectures, processes, and dependencies to understand potential impacts across the organization.
• Recommend and define controls that reduce risk while supporting business objectives.
• Support the implementation of technology-related regulatory and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and help remove organizational and technological barriers.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional risk initiatives and large-scale system reviews.
• Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
• Present risk assessments, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with technology, compliance, legal, privacy, and business teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT Risk Management, Technology Governance, GRC, Audit, Internal Controls, Compliance, or related areas.
• Strong technological background with understanding of software development, systems analysis, enterprise architecture, or technology operations.
• Ability to analyze complex environments, identify risks, and understand their broader organizational impact.
• Familiarity with technology regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern technology ecosystems, including:
• Cloud platforms
• Generative AI technologies
• Databases and data platforms
• Enterprise systems
• Mainframe and open systems environments
• Ability to read and understand architecture diagrams and system flows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Independent, proactive, and highly analytical mindset.
• High level of English proficiency.
