Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join the team at Uvision, a growing defence company located in the Emek Hefer Industrial Area. In this role, you will manage the company’s payroll processes and report directly to the VP Finance.

Job Description:

• Prepare salaries and payroll reports
• Onboard new employees, handle terminations, and manage reserve duty compensations
• Manage social benefits contributions, including coordination with external agents
• Process payments to tax authorities
• Consolidate and generate monthly attendance reports
• Issue pay slips
• Provide employee support on payroll-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and payroll deadlines

Requirements:

• Certified Payroll Accountant certificate
• At least 4 years of experience as a Sole or Head Payroll Accountant
• Proficiency with the “Michpal” payroll system
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Knowledge of HiBoB system - Advantage
• Experience working with National Insurance and Tax Authorities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track tasks while meeting deadlines
• Understanding of accounting principles as applied to payroll processes
• Bookkeeping certification (at least Level 2) for managing consultants paid by invoice
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report preparation
• Good command of English – an advantage
