Electromechanical Systems Engineer

A leading and stable company in the engineering and construction industry is seeking an Electromechanical Systems Engineer for a key role involving the management, supervision, and oversight of building systems in residential construction projects across the Central region of Israel.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in electromechanical systems within the construction sector who are looking to join a professional environment, participate in complex projects, and lead processes from the planning stage through project handover.

• Provide professional guidance and support to execution teams in the systems domain
• Supervise and monitor planning and implementation processes of project systems
• Manage equipment approval processes with subcontractors, consultants, and supervisory authorities
• Perform quality control to ensure systems are installed according to plans, specifications, and standards
• Analyze and resolve system-related issues and deviations
• Review plans and coordinate among all project stakeholders
• Work regularly on-site and support the project until final delivery

• Degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• At least 2–3 years of experience in electromechanical systems within the construction industry – mandatory
• Experience in one or more of the following: Electrical systems, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical systems, or Low Voltage Systems (ELV) – mandatory
• Experience in residential, office, or public building projects – mandatory
• Familiarity with systems subcontractors and systems consultants – significant advantage
• Knowledge of relevant standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently, lead processes, and solve problems
• Willingness to work in a multi-interface, field-based environment

• Location: Projects in the Central region (including Herzliya and Beer Yaakov)
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00
• Availability to work on Fridays when needed
