Senior Legal Counsel

A leading single-family office with global investment and operating activities, headquartered in

Israel, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team.

The role offers broad exposure to international transactions, private investments, corporate

governance, complex cross-border matters, and strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

• Israeli qualified lawyer.

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience.

• Proven track record in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Strong international orientation and substantial experience in cross-border matters.

• Extensive experience in international commercial law, corporate transactions and complex

contractual negotiations.

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience managing external law firms and advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong commercial judgment and business-oriented thinking.

• Ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives.

• Experience working directly with senior executives, entrepreneurs, shareholders, investors or

family offices.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• International investments and private capital transactions.

• Corporate governance and multi-jurisdictional holding structures.

• Banking, compliance and regulatory matters.

• Sanctions-related issues, asset protection and international disputes.

• Family offices, private investment platforms, multinational groups or closely held enterprises.
