abra is seeking a CRM Project Manager for Salesforce-related projects.

We are looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to lead CRM projects and business initiatives end-to-end, from business requirement gathering and functional specification writing to implementation, development follow-up, and go-live.

This role requires strong ownership, independence, business understanding, and the ability to drive tasks forward until completion.

A full-time position based in the Southern / Shfela area, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM projects and tasks from initial business need to production

• Gather and analyze business requirements

• Write business requirements and functional specifications

• Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation teams, developers, and other technical teams

• Manage timelines, scope, priorities, risks, and delivery quality

• Ensure full ownership and follow-up until successful go-live

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience managing projects or leading end-to-end business/technology tasks

• Experience with CRM systems

• Experience with Salesforce – an advantage, not mandatory

• Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage

• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements

• Business understanding in service and/or sales processes

• Independent, proactive, hands-on, and highly accountable personality

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
