Senior Software Engineer - Remote

The Opportunity

We are looking for two sharp, hungry, and highly autonomous Senior Software Engineers to join our core team. This isn’t a role where you just take tickets and write code; we want someone with a "head on their shoulders" who wants to take full ownership of our platform and treat it as their own baby.

You will dive deep into a complex, real-time traffic system, build End-to-End features, work heavily with cutting-edge cloud technologies, and have a direct impact on our core product pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for features from architecture and design to production, ensuring scalable and clean code.
• Real-Time & Scale: Work on a high-availability, low-latency ecosystem running in the cloud, handling sensitive data under strict millisecond SLAs.
• Modern Stack Evolution: Write primarily in Node.js, TypeScript, and React, while remaining tech-agnostic and adaptable to the best tool for the job.
• Cloud & Systems: Design and maintain infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes, integrating with MongoDB and Cloud Redis.
• Drive Quality: Ask the right questions, challenge architectural decisions, and build robust systems designed for long-term growth.

What You Bring

• The Mindset: A "big picture" thinker , highly independent, proactive, and eager to learn and evolve into new cloud technologies.
• Backend Expertise: Strong, proven experience with Node.js and a solid background in Core Systems.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Solid hands-on experience with AWS (experience with Kubernetes is a huge plus, but we can teach you if you have a strong technical foundation).
• Full-Stack/Frontend: Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
• Startup DNA: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently without micro-management, and driven by high personal accountability.
