Quality Assurance Engineer

A leading financial organization is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join a professional QA team for a large-scale, complex Risk Management project.

The role involves performing end-to-end manual testing on financial systems, writing and executing test documents (STP, STD, STR), and working against specification documents. This position heavily integrates extensive big data analysis and simulations, complex testing against production environments, leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing complex SQL queries for data validation, and generating reports using SAP BO. The work is performed in close collaboration with development teams, system analysts, and business stakeholders within a regulatory environment.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing - Must

-Proven experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and understanding business processes - Must

-Hands-on experience working with large databases, advanced Excel skills, and high analytical capabilities - Must

-Practical experience working with APIs (e.g., Postman) – Must

-Experience in reading specification documents (BRD / HLD / LLD) and deep process understanding - Must

-B.A./B.Sc. in Economics / Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems – Significant Advantage

-Prior experience in a financial organization (Insurance / Banking / Capital Markets) – Significant Advantage

-Familiarity or hands-on experience with SAP BO - Advantage
