ERP Implementer

As our organization continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a talented ERP Application Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

In this role, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the corporate ERP system and its maintenance, including databases, processes, and performance. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with key users, local vendors, and global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Lead the end-to-end maintenance and optimization of the organizational ERP system, ensuring database integrity, smooth processes, and high performance.
• Characterization & Analysis: Define business requirements with key users, author functional specification documents, and collaborate with software houses and external vendors (both locally and globally).
• Interface Management: Monitor, control, and improve inbound and outbound interfaces between the ERP and other core systems (e.g., WMS, BI, etc.).
• Global Collaboration: Oversee, optimize, and support interfaces and data synchronization with global headquarters' systems.
• Support & Training: Provide high-quality technical support and training to end-users across various departments.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent professional certification in the field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in characterizing and implementing ERP systems (Priority ERP experience is a significant advantage).
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (Retail, Logistics, Finance, E-commerce, Sales, and HR).
• Hands-on Implementation: Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying ERP modules based on business requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for sports – A significant advantage!
• Strong understanding of the retail industry (processes, pain points, and needs).
• High-level technical English (written and verbal).
• Excellent self-learning capabilities, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong task management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Customer-service oriented, responsible, and highly adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work non-traditional/flexible hours when required.
