PwC Israel is seeking a Risk & Compliance Specialist

PwC Israel invites you to join its Risk Management team and play a key role in driving compliance processes and risk control across the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enhancing RM standards, policies, and procedures, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders both locally and across the global PwC network

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor RM standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure firm-wide compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and submissions to leadership and the global PwC network
• Support internal and external quality reviews
• Work closely with partners, managers, and staff on compliance matters
• Deliver RM trainings and communicate updates across the organization
• Maintain RM-related information in internal systems

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives
• Analytical mindset with a technological orientation
• Proactive, independent, and quick learner
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Law/LLB, Risk & Compliance, SOX) - Advantage
