We’ve built a strong brand presence, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, create beautiful marketing assets, and bring fresh visual ideas to life across digital and print.

This is a full-time role in the company's office in Rinatya. There is no hybrid/remote work options.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with strong graphic skills, excellent visual taste, and the ability to work independently.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about branding, digital design, advertising, and visual storytelling. You will work on a wide range of creative assets across website, print, ads, landing pages, marketing communications, emails, social media, and brand materials.

You will play an important role in maintaining Klydoclock’s strong and recognizable brand identity across every touchpoint, while also bringing fresh ideas, creative thinking, and strong execution to the team.

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including website graphics, landing pages, ads, emails, marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and branded collateral.
• Design creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, website updates, and brand storytelling.
• Support the creation of performance marketing assets, including paid social ads, display ads, banners, and promotional visuals.
• Design website and landing page visuals with strong attention to layout, visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and user experience.
• Create assets for marketing communications, newsletters, email campaigns, and customer-facing content.
• Support print design needs, including brochures, flyers, packaging inserts, event materials, and other branded materials.
• Maintain a consistent, premium, and recognizable brand language across all creative outputs.
• Bring creative ideas and visual directions to the table, not only execution.
• Work independently from brief to final delivery, while collaborating closely with marketing, content, product, R&D, and creative teams.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats, sizes, channels, and use cases.
• Prepare final files for digital use, print production, and internal needs.
• Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, AI tools, and new visual technologies.

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, either in-house, agency, freelance, academic, or through a strong personal portfolio.
• Strong graphic design skills and excellent visual taste.
• A portfolio showing creativity, attention to detail, design quality, and variety.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to maintain and work within a strong brand identity.
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas and new visual directions.
• Independent, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple design tasks.
• High attention to detail and commitment to polished execution.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, improving designs quickly, and working in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate briefs, messages, and marketing goals into strong visuals.

• Knowledge or experience working with AI tools for design, image creation, ideation, visual exploration, or workflow improvement.
• Understanding of UX/UI and web design.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, animation, or 3D design.
• Experience designing for ecommerce, consumer products, tech, lifestyle, design, or premium brands.

You are creative, independent, curious, and detail-oriented. You have strong visual instincts, care deeply about beautiful design, and understand that design needs to support a brand, a message, and business goals.

You enjoy turning ideas into polished visuals, exploring new creative directions, and helping build a brand that feels consistent, inspiring, and memorable. You are comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and bringing creative energy to every project.
