Senior Network Engineer

Role Specification

Responsibilities

• Design and develop global network architecture, including documentation (HLD & LLD)
• Review and validate network design documents to ensure alignment with standards and requirements
• Lead end-to-end global network projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain network equipment (WAN/SD-WAN routers, switches, wireless, data center networks)
• Perform preventative maintenance activities across a global network environment
• Assess network performance, identify technology gaps, and recommend improvement actions
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network issues (WAN/LAN, security, performance, hardware failures)
• Utilize monitoring tools to detect faults and optimize network performance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (compute, data center, security, cloud, unified communications, applications) to design network solutions
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to network operations teams

Key Skills Require

• dMinimum 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering (10+ years preferred), ideally in a global enterprise environmen
• tStrong hands-on experience with WAN, Data Center networks, and Campus LA
• NProven experience working in large global organizations – preferre
• dSME-level expertise in Campus LAN and Wireless technologie
• sStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise-scale network environment
• sHands-On experience with routers, switches, and wireless technologies (Cisco and Aruba preferred
• )Deep understanding of networking technologies: IP protocols (TCP, UDP, ICMP), routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, QoS, Ethernet, firewalling and filterin
• gCisco CCNP (or higher equivalent) – required Cisco CCIE – preferre
• dExperience with Aruba wireless – strong advantag
• eExperience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) – preferre
• dExperience with Cisco ACI – preferre
• dExperience with SD-WAN (VMware SD-WAN preferred) – preferre
• dExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal
