Full Stack Engineer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer for a fast-growing startup building an AI Security platform for organizations adopting GenAI tools at scale.

The product helps organizations gain visibility into AI usage, detect sensitive data exposure, and enforce internal policies around safe AI adoption. The platform is already live with active customers, and the team is expanding its core product while building new AI-driven capabilities based on real customer needs.

What you’ll do:

• Own features end-to-end, from definition to production
• Build product capabilities around AI usage visibility, sensitive data detection, and policy enforcement
• Work in a small, fast-moving R&D team with high ownership and direct product impact
• Use AI tools as part of the development process while maintaining strong Code Review standards

What do you need?

• Strong experience with Python
• Strong experience with React
• Proven Full Stack ownership
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Strong engineering judgment and code quality orientation
• Curiosity and hands-on interest in AI tools
• Comfort working in ambiguity and solving problems from scratch
