Business Applications & Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities

• DesiDesign and implement integrations between ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms such as Priority ERP, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using low-code and no-code tools such as n8n, alongside AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Develop internal business applications, bots, web tools, and automations that support day-to-day business operations.
• Work with REST APIs, AWS services, Microsoft Graph API, and other cloud-based tools to connect systems and data.
• Apply AI and LLM capabilities to automate knowledge-intensive processes such as transcription, summarization, duplicate detection, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications, integrations, and automation flows.aintain, and improve existing applications and integrations.
  
  

• SQL — querying and working with relational databases.
• API Integrations — designing and consuming REST APIs; experience with Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• JavaScript — scripting, automation, and platform customizations (e.g. Monday.com, n8n).
• Python — scripting, data processing, and backend automation tasks.
• Priority Software Development — developing custom integrations, reports, and automation solutions within Priority environment.
• ERP Systems — familiarity with Priority ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Collaboration tools — Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira, GitHub.
• AI-assisted development — experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or Claude Code is an advantage.
• Vector Databases — basic understanding of semantic search / vector DB
• GitHub Copilot.
