About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer stage
• Source and engage top talent using multiple sourcing channels
• Conduct HR and competency-based interviews
• Partner with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Drive recruitment strategies and market intelligence activities
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through ATS platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, or corporate roles – an advantage
