📍 Location: Modi’in, Israel- Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced medical leader to own the clinical development strategy — from scientific direction to hands‑on execution. The role includes close collaboration with CROs, regulatory authorities, top notch advisors, and plays a central part in shaping and advancing our pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Development

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of clinical studies
• Define and implement clinical strategies, including repurposing pathways such as 505(b)(2) and ANDA
• Develop clinical trial protocols in collaboration with CROs
• Oversee CRO‑managed studies to ensure quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct and critically evaluate scientific literature to support development decisions
• Represent the company as the clinical and medical expert in conferences, advisory boards, and professional forums

Pipeline Development

• Identify and assess new pipeline opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Lead the clinical and scientific components of funding proposals
• Serve as a key member of the Pipeline Steering Committee
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Regulatory, and Business Development teams

Who You Are

• MD or PhD — required
• Proven experience leading clinical development in pharma or biotech
• Hands‑on experience working with CROs and managing clinical trials
• Experience with Phase 3 clinical development — strong advantage
• Understanding of regulatory pathways, especially 505(b)(2) and ANDA — advantage
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex scientific data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English
