Company Description

We are looking for a Buyer to oversee the company procurement processes, Purchasing and PO monitoring.

Cliganic is a rapidly growing wellness and beauty brand dedicated to offering clean, organic, and sustainable personal care products that align with the values of health-conscious and eco-friendly consumers. Our mission is to empower individuals to make mindful choices for their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders end-to-end within NetSuite ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

• Manage vendor Batch/Artwork data within the ERP system and its supporting tools

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews and resolve supply issues proactively

• Maintain organized procurement records, contracts, and documentation using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)

• Prepare and update purchasing reports, spend analyses, and vendor scorecards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, product development, logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams

• Support compliance and regulation requirements across the supply base

• Support onboarding process of new suppliers in line with Cliganic's policy

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on procurement experience (consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or CPG strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system for purchase order management and inventory tracking

• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and reporting

• Proficient in Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive — used daily for communication and collaboration

• Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with international suppliers

• Analytical skills to interpret procurement data and make sound purchasing decisions

• Excellent written and verbal English: clear, professional, and confident in supplier and internal communications

• Ability to draft precise purchase orders, supplier correspondence, and internal reports with minimal errors

• Comfortable communicating across time zones with global vendors

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Self-starter who works well independently in a small, fast-paced team environment
