The Role
We are looking for a sharp, business-oriented Marketing Manager (0–2 years experience) who wants to grow inside a high-performance, system-driven marketing environment.
You will operate inside our Marketing Machines - translating business objectives into structured marketing architecture, connecting performance activity with CRM logic and automation, analyzing data deeply, and managing cross-functional execution.
This role is not behind-the-scenes only.
You will communicate directly with clients, present insights, explain strategy, and manage ongoing relationships with decision-makers. Clear, confident communication is essential.
You will work closely with senior leadership and take ownership from strategic planning through hands-on delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Communicate directly with clients - present reports, explain insights, align expectations, and lead strategic discussions
* Translate business objectives into structured marketing architecture
* Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns with a systems-thinking approach
* Analyze performance data and implement measurable improvements
* Manage projects end-to-end with accountability for business outcomes for our clients
* Work closely with developers, designers, analysts, and content teams to ensure technological and operational alignment
* Coordinate across business, IT, and marketing interfaces to maintain system coherence
* Continuously refine growth engines for scalability and performance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
* 0–2 years of experience
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills - comfortable speaking with clients and senior stakeholders
* Ability to understand business models and translate them into marketing systems
* Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (performance, funnels, attribution, analytics - advantage)
* High technical curiosity and comfort working with CRM systems and automation tools
* Ability to manage complexity and prioritize based on business impact
* Independent, proactive, execution-driven mindset
What This Role Is Not
* Not a narrow campaign-execution position
* Not a “task-only” role with minimal responsibility
* Not a purely internal analytics job without client interaction
* Not a 9-17 comfort zone
- This role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to operate across multiple domains simultaneously.
