Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple devices, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for hardware and software issues. Daily responsibilities include receiving and assessing devices, running diagnostic tests, performing repairs or replacements according to guidelines, and documenting all work in service systems. The Technician will provide clear and patient explanations to customers about findings, repair options, timelines, and care recommendations. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams, maintaining an organized and safe workbench, following Apple and company procedures, and staying updated on new Apple products, tools, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with experience diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, laptops, or related consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with Apple devices, operating systems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS), and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to follow detailed technical procedures, documentation, and quality standards in a service environment.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or service center environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting, testing, and documenting repairs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and Apple service requirements and certifications.
- Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo, including potential shifts, weekends, or peak periods as needed.
- Previous experience in a technical support, repair, or help desk role is an advantage.
- Relevant technical coursework, certification, or training in electronics, IT, or a related field is a plus.
