• nResponsible for the operation, maintenance, and ongoing management of Azure and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) environments
• .Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability of critical systems
• .Design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• .Develop and maintain YAML pipelines, automation templates, and organizational standards
• .Lead end-to-end Release Management processes, including approvals, rollouts, rollbacks, and production controls
• .Automate deployment processes for Kubernetes and AKS environments
• .Manage permissions and configurations within Azure DevOps, including Repositories, Pipelines, Environments, Service Connections, and Approval Flows
• .Integrate security solutions into development and deployment processes, including Key Vault, Secrets, Certificates, and secure access management
• .Lead governance initiatives, establish procedures, standards, and best practices
• .Develop self-service tools and working templates for development teams
• .Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, operational procedures, onboarding guides, and recovery procedures
• .Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Information Security, Cloud, and Operations teams

.Requirement

• sSignificant hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• .Proven experience working with Azure DevOps in large-scale enterprise environments
• .Hands-on experience building and maintaining YAML Pipelines
• .Experience designing and managing CI/CD processes across DEV, TEST, QA, and PROD environments
• .Practical experience with AKS / Kubernetes and deployment automation
• .Experience managing Release Engineering processes and Deployment Governance
• .Experience managing artifacts, versioning, packaging, and promotion processes
• .Experience implementing and managing Key Vault, Secrets, Certificates, and secure access solutions
• .Experience writing scripts and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies
• .Experience working with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
• .Experience managing permissions, Service Connections, and securing pipelines within Azure DevOps
• .Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a strong preference for Terraform
• .Strong troubleshooting skills and experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for CI/CD and production-related issues
• .Experience defining organizational standards, procedures, and operational processes
• .Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and maintain a broad system-level perspective
