Controller | Finance & Tax

A leading Family Office in Tel Aviv is seeking a Controller to join its Finance & Tax team in a broad and impactful role, working closely with the Head of Finance and supporting the organization's financial, tax, and investment activities.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead tax-related activities, including tax reporting, compliance, withholding tax matters, and coordination with tax authorities and external advisors in Israel and abroad
• .Prepare financial, management, and investment reports
• .Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial controls
• .Manage reporting and analysis within investment and asset management systems
• .Monitor and maintain cash flow reporting
• .Collect and analyze financial data from portfolio companies, including budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• .Lead the implementation of Priority ERP and support process improvement initiatives

.Requirement

• sBachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics; Israeli CPA certification required
• .2–3+ years of post-internship experience in tax, accounting, and financial reporting
• .Strong knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• .Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Priority ERP
• .Experience in a CPA firm, Family Office, investment fund, or similar financial environment – an advantage
• .Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• .Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
