Technical Talent Sourcer

HR-HOME is hiring a Talent Sourcer for a global engineering organization.

The role is part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on sourcing top-tier engineering talent in highly competitive markets.

What You'll Do

• Source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and external sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for engineering roles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across multiple channels.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring goals.
• Drive candidate engagement through targeted outreach and relationship building.

Must Have

• 1+ years of experience specifically in talent sourcing, in a technology environment.
• Proven hands-on experience sourcing through ATS systems and external sourcing platforms, in addition to LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and generate high response rates.
• KPI-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Tel Aviv or Haifa.
