Bookkeeper

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Bookkeeper to take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations. This is a role for someone who goes beyond basic data entry; we need a professional who understands the story behind the numbers and can provide the financial clarity required to support our growth.

You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping and complex cash flow across multiple accounts, acting as the bridge between our daily operations and our external strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all bookkeeping activities through to trial balance.
• Monitor financial activity and manage transfers and reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
• Execute supplier payments and maintain accurate liability tracking.
• Prepare internal reports and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights for management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, accountants, and banking institutions.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to our financial controls and workflows.
  
  

• 3-5+ years of proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, specifically up to trial balance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and complex formulas are essential).
• High-level professional English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Formal bookkeeping certification or a relevant academic degree.
• Experience managing international financial activity or multiple currencies.
• Previous background in real estate, finance, or investment sectors.
