Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international accounts, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every operational requirement is met with precision.
• Monitor and help execute comprehensive yearly marketing plans, including new product launches, digital strategies, promotional calendars, and PR initiatives.
• Oversee order tracking, financial management, and conflict resolution to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze client performance to generate actionable insights, identifying high-growth opportunities and preemptively solving potential roadblocks.
• Conduct targeted research to identify, contact, and convert potential new international clients into long-term partners.
  
  

• Native-level English is essential for high-level negotiation and communication; conversational Hebrew is required for internal collaboration.
• Solid experience in Account Management, Business Development, Project Management, or Sales Coordination.
• Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment where managing competing deadlines is the norm.
