We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering environment, supporting the integration, validation, and operation of complex systems. The role combines hands-on system administration expertise with system engineering and integration activities, including requirements analysis, system architecture definition, hardware and software integration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation. The position involves working with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environments, implementing security hardening and CIS Level 2 standards, supporting laboratory and field tests, conducting system-level debugging, and collaborating closely with software, hardware, mechanical, and production teams. The role also includes customer support, participation in design reviews (PDR/CDR/TRR), management of technical interfaces, and leading investigations of complex system issues.

Requirements

System Administrator with expertise in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)
Strong knowledge of Group Policy and system hardening
Experience implementing and validating CIS Level 2 standards
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings
Basic electronics knowledge
Experience writing operational, configuration, and system documentation
Experience working with test equipment
Experience defining and leading test activities and experiments
Experience working with operational systems
Practical Engineer (Technician) degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics
Proven hands-on technical experience in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience leading integration activities for multidisciplinary systems
Strong technical capabilities and hands-on work with tools and technical equipment
High level of technical English
Experience writing engineering documentation
