What You'll Be Doing

• Leading internal audit engagements across various group companies in line with the annual audit plan
• Partnering with senior management and key stakeholders across the organization
• Conducting interviews, investigations, and process reviews
• Analyzing large volumes of data and identifying insights that matter
• Evaluating risks, challenging assumptions, and delivering impactful recommendations
• Producing high-quality audit reports and turning findings into actionable outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• 3+ years of Internal Audit experience within financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, investment houses, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with data analytics tools and large database analysis — a significant advantage
