We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist with 2-3 years of dedicated experience to join our growing media team and scale our paid campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Set up, optimize, and manage large-scale paid campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with opportunities to support Google, TikTok, and digital newsletter platforms.
- Handle and test high volumes of ad copy and creative assets to maximize ROI.
- Closely monitor daily campaign pacing, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure KPIs hit target budgets.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution from planning to launch.
- Test targeting strategies and keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- 2+ years hands on experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) with large media budgets
- Ecommerce industry experience is required
- Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs, financial metrics, and daily optimization (targeting, testing, and analysis).
- Strong forecasting skills and the ability to manage extensive creative asset pipelines.
- Native English speaker.
