System Analyst

Join one of Israel's largest and leading insurance companies and take part in a strategic project to build a new investment asset management system. This role combines close collaboration with key business stakeholders, analysis of complex business processes, and the implementation of innovative technological solutions. What You'll Do:

• Take part in the implementation of a new investment asset management system
• Analyze and define data processing flows, calculations, and business logic
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders in the Investments Division and support system implementation
• Define operational processes, screens, and reports
• Evaluate system performance and processing workflows
• Design inquiry and data exposure capabilities for processing workflows
• Design business analytics solutions using AI tools on the Databricks platform in Azure
• Work closely with development teams, oversee deliverables, and perform Unit Tests
• Manage production deployments and user implementation
• Investigate production issues, provide ongoing maintenance, and support users post go-live

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in core systems and business process analysis - Must
• 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and gathering business requirements - Must
• Experience writing SQL queries on SQL Server - Must
• Knowledge of Python - Significant Advantage
• Familiarity with financial and investment domains - Significant Advantage
• Experience working with AI tools for analysis and business insights - Advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Advantage
