IMPORTANT: This is a pre-seed, equity-based co-founder role for significant shares/equities. You will own the technical and data vision for a platform aimed at the world's largest advertisers.

The Vision

ModeloAI is building the next generation of Enterprise Intelligence. While the market is flooded with teams "beautifying dashboards," we are engineering an Agentic Decision Engine that replaces slow, manual data engineering and data science consulting with autonomous econometric modeling.

Moving beyond reactive reporting, we leverage GAN-driven Digital Twins to synthetically reconstruct missing data signals, feeding high-precision strategic action items directly to the C-Suite. We aim to create a data science vertical brain for marketing. To fuel this Agentic Brain, we are building a bulletproof, automated "Data Factory". We are looking for a visionary, hands-on CTO to own our technical roadmap, infrastructure, and production deployment from day one.

The Role

As our Co-Founder & CTO, you will design and execute the complete technical blueprint of ModeloAI. This is not a passive advisory role. You will be the primary architect and coder in the early stages, seamlessly bridging the gap between raw, messy multi-channel enterprise APIs (Meta, Google, Shopify, Salesforce) and our advanced predictive models.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Core Development: Take immediate, end-to-end ownership of the current codebase and live MVP. Act as the primary engineer writing clean, scalable code across the entire stack until you scale and hire your technical team.
• Data Engineering & Architecture: Architect a multi-tenant cloud data warehouse infrastructure (Snowflake/BigQuery). Implement dbt to clean, transform, and map messy third-party marketing and macroeconomic datasets into production-ready "Gold Standard" tables.
• MLOps & Pipeline Orchestration: Establish automated data ingestion, transformation logic, and complex workflow orchestration (utilizing Python, Airflow/Prefect, or equivalent frameworks). Build pipelines that serve structured metadata directly to LLM agents to ensure deterministic, hallucination-free reasoning.
• DevOps & Enterprise-Grade CI/CD: Implement modern software engineering best practices, including robust version control, automated testing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for both software and data assets.
• Security & Compliance: Architect a secure, enterprise-ready infrastructure. Implement data firewalls, encryption, and compliance frameworks to protect highly sensitive client financial and strategic data against leaks or cyberattacks.
• Strategic Technical Leadership: Serve as a core member of the executive team. Co-author the long-term product roadmap, translate business requirements into technical specs, and participate directly in investor pitches and design partner onboarding.

• The Translator: You naturally connect technical architecture to business value. You understand market dynamics and business logic, knowing how to align machine learning pipelines with real-world corporate KPIs.

Technical Stack Mastery

• Core Languages & Tools: Expert-level Python and advanced SQL.
• Data Transformation: Heavy experience with dbt (highly preferred) and data warehouse modeling (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Infrastructure & MLOps: Proven track record with orchestrators (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), CI/CD platforms, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
• AI/LLM Integration: Experience structuring data/metadata environments to optimize LLM orchestration frameworks.
