Back Office & Merchant Onboarding Specialist (Payments)

We’re looking for an organized and motivated Back Office & Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support our growing payments operation.

This role is a great fit for someone with 2–3 years of experience in payments, compliance, onboarding, or operations who enjoys working with people, keeping processes moving, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with payment partners, and internal teams to help onboard new clients, track progress, and support daily operations.

This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday to Friday. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working onsite as part of a collaborative team environment.

### What You’ll Do

* Follow up with partners to keep onboarding process moving

* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and CRM tools

* Prepare and track operational reports, performance updates, and onboarding status reports

* Coordinate with payment partners and service providers on day-to-day activities

* Support internal teams by sharing updates, information, and operational data

### What We’re Looking For

*2–3 years of experience in payments, compliance, onboarding, operations, back office, or a similar role- Advantage.

* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

* Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-moving environment

* Good communication skills and confidence working with external partners and internal teams

* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused approach

* Experience with onboarding processes, payment operations, or merchant support is a plus
