Responsibilities

Priority support
Analysis of business requirements
Characterization and definition of business processes, reports, workflows, interfaces and more
Work process improvement
Sytem testing
System implementation
Managing system permissions and configurations
Support users from all company departments
User trainings

Requirements & Education

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, information technology, or similar
Certification as ERP implementation- advantage
Experience in implementing ERP systems
Experience working with Priority – Advantage
Familiarity with SQL queries- Advantage
Experience and familiarity with financial, commercial, and logistics processes
service-oriented and team player
Strong project management skills, Systemic view and process thinking, A technical mindset and understanding of complex system and ability to work in a high pace environment
good written and verbal communication (Hebrew and English)
