Search Strategic Inventory & Material Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory accuracy management across production sites and subcontractors
• Monitor and control physical and system inventory levels
• Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance inventory accuracy
• Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes
• Analyze discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance)

Role Description

• Monitor and analyze inventory reports and discrepancies
• Handle gaps in reporting, returns, and inventory variances
• Support production processes and improve reporting accuracy
• Lead cycle counting processes and ensure effective follow-up
• Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Inventory Management / Manufacturing
• Proven experience leading cross-functional processes
• Advanced Excel and Office skills
• Experience with Priority ERP – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Good English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
