We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences for complex systems and turning sophisticated workflows into intuitive, beautiful products.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to production.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences.
• Design complex B2B platforms across:
• Payments
• Digital Banking
• Commerce
• Billing
• ERP
• Loyalty
• Marketplace
• POS & Kiosk Solutions
• AI-Powered Products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems.
• Improve user experiences through research, testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Design responsive experiences across Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, and Design Libraries.
• Strong experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
• Deep understanding of User Experience (UX), User Interface Design (UI), Information Architecture, User Flows, and Interaction Design.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms, operational systems, dashboards, and workflow-heavy applications.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency.

AI & Modern Design Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Figma AI
• Midjourney
• Cursor AI
• Other emerging AI design and productivity tools
• Ability to leverage AI for:
• Wireframe generation
• UX exploration
• Design ideation
• Content creation
• User flow optimization
• Rapid prototyping
• Understanding of how AI-driven experiences should be designed within modern products.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Teams.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions using data, research, and business rationale.
• Strong understanding of design-to-development handoff processes.
• Experience working in Agile product environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, Digital Banking, ERP, Commerce, or Marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing AI-first products, copilots, assistants, or conversational interfaces.
• Understanding of data visualization, analytics dashboards, and operational back-office systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, ERP, or Commerce platforms.
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and operational systems.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and component-driven design.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS).
• Experience working alongside agile product and engineering teams.
