Job Title: Station Officer

Location: LAMATA Bus stop, Secretariat Bridge CMD road Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Department: Operations

Reports To: Station manager

Job Summary:

The Station Officer supports the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring efficient battery management, accurate record-keeping, and smooth service delivery to riders. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to step into supervisory duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:

>Support the Station Manager in executing daily station operations.

>Ensure and monitor batteries are properly charged, available, and ready for use at all times.

>Assist with battery swap processes by documenting batteries in and out, claim payment codes and provide basic customer support to riders.

>Maintain accurate records of battery usage, swaps, and inventory.

>Fill and update the daily station shift logbook online consistently and correctly.

>Monitor station activities and report any issues or irregularities promptly to station manager, cluster head and management.

>Act as a point of coordination and supervision in the absence of the Station Manager.

Additional Duties

Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Cluster Manager, COO, Station Manager, or any authorized supervisor as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or SSCE
• Basic understanding of record-keeping and reporting
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of using mobile devices and MS-word for reporting
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Working Schedule

Work schedule follows a 7-hour shift schedule, Monday- Sunday, Morning shift 7AM - 2PM, Afternoon/Evening Shift 2PM - 9 PM. Off days in between.

Salary: 70k
