Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja, Nigeria. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the university application process, providing informed advice on academic programs and study destinations, and ensuring a seamless application experience. The role involves responding to inquiries, building relationships with students and parents, collaborating with educational institutions, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and counseling.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience in providing high-quality Customer Service, particularly in educational or consultancy settings
• Proven Sales abilities, including the ability to meet targets and motivate students to pursue higher education abroad
• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in International Admissions Counselling
• Familiarity with Education systems, admissions processes, and international study programs
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, counseling, or a related field
