Sales Manager at Iron Fitness 💪

Iron Fitness, one of Israel’s leading fitness equipment brands, is growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and real knowledge of the fitness equipment world — especially strength and functional training.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full sales process from lead to closing

• Work with incoming leads and follow up throughout the sales funnel

• Meet customers at our showroom and, when needed, at customer sites

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right fitness equipment solutions

• Take responsibility for sales targets and performance

• Work closely with the team to support the company’s growth

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience — required

• Strong knowledge and understanding of sports, strength training and functional fitness — required

• Experience with Priority ERP — required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High motivation, responsibility and a strong service approach

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field — advantage

• Fluent Hebrew

• Valid driving license

Position details:

Full-time position

Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00

• Iron Fitness showroom in Haderah
