Brand & Digital Manager at Iron Fitness 💪

Iron Fitness, one of Israel’s leading fitness equipment brands, is growing — and we’re looking for a Brand & Digital Manager to join our team at our offices in Hadera.

This role is for someone who wants to take an active part in building and growing a strong Israeli brand — working closely with management, leading content and digital activity, improving brand visibility, managing marketing processes, analyzing results, and turning ideas into real execution.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the company’s digital marketing activity for both B2C and B2B audiences

Managing Iron Fitness social media channels

Planning, writing and creating marketing content

Working closely with our marketing agency and monitoring campaigns, budgets, leads and performance

Initiating campaigns, creative concepts and collaborations

Analyzing performance, reports, conversions and ROI

Developing content for the website, landing pages and marketing campaigns

Defining target audiences and generating high-quality leads

Building a marketing calendar and supporting the growth of the brand

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or brand management — required
• Experience with paid campaigns, lead generation, marketing funnels and data analysis - requied to manage and monitor our agencies.
• Experience working with WordPress and e-commerce websites.
• Strong marketing writing skills in Hebrew.
• A real connection to fitness, sports and a healthy lifestyle — a major advantage
• Ability to work with suppliers, agencies, photographers, designers and service providers
• Photography and content creation skills — a major advantage

Full-time position

Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00
