Operations & Client Relations Manager (Law / Accounting Background)

Melius is an international company specializing in entity formation and offshore bank account opening for companies and entrepreneurs, providing end-to-end support across banking, legal, and regulatory processes.

We are looking for an Operations & Client Relations Manager to join our team in a key, high-impact role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment, managing complex client cases, and building long-term relationships with premium clients.

This role is open to candidates with a degree in Law or Accounting.

In this role, you will own client portfolios end-to-end, lead operational, banking, and regulatory processes, and work closely with banks, lawyers, vendors, and other professional partners in Israel and abroad. You will be a central point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution, high service standards, and proactive problem-solving throughout the entire journey.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Law or Accounting — required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client management, operations, or complex service roles — a strong advantage.
• Experience working with banks, legal professionals, or regulatory bodies — an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew — an advantage for this international role.
