Technical Project Manager @ AI Program Delivery

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join an active enterprise AI delivery program. You'll be the operational backbone of a multi-stream build — managing day-to-day cadence, client communication, and cross-team coordination across AI engineering, data, and infrastructure workstreams. This is a delivery-focused role, not a strategy role. You'll keep things moving, surface blockers early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams.

What you'll own

• Daily status reporting to client stakeholders — clear, structured, on time
• Facilitation of a fixed daily Q&A window and escalation routing (Sev-1 through Sev-3)
• Weekly resource coordination notices across client and delivery teams
• Tracking open blockers across three concurrent technical streams
• Acting as the first point of contact for all client-side questions and requests
• Supporting the Program Lead with delivery governance, spec review scheduling, and milestone tracking

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in technical project or delivery management, ideally in software or AI/data contexts
• Comfortable working alongside engineers — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what a blocker actually means
• Strong written communication in English; Hebrew a plus
• Disciplined about process: you run cadences consistently, not reactively
• Experience working in a client-facing or subcontracting delivery model
• Familiarity with Azure, GitHub, or enterprise software delivery is an advantage

The context

You'll be embedded in an ongoing enterprise AI program — multiple parallel streams, a structured governance model, and real stakeholder expectations. The program is live and in build phase, so you'll need to ramp quickly and operate with a high degree of independence on day-to-day coordination.
