Corporate Secretary & Compliance Officer Fintech

BlackEdge, a leading Israeli financing company specializing in corporate and entrepreneurial credit, is seeking a talented attorney with 3–5 years of experience for a challenging and impactful role encompassing corporate governance, compliance, and internal controls - with exposure to the worlds of technology, AI, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Manage corporate secretarial functions, including board meeting preparation, drafting minutes, and maintaining corporate records
• Oversee regulatory compliance, internal enforcement, and legal controls
• Provide ongoing legal support across the company's core activities - financing, transactions, and commercial agreements - and manage relationships with external law firms
• Help build and maintain internal policies, procedures, and digital compliance processes
• Work closely with senior management, risk management, finance, and technology teams

What We're Looking For:

• LL.B. and a valid Israeli Bar license
• 3–5 years of experience - background in a commercial law firm or financial institution is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of technology and AI, or a genuine willingness to learn and grow in these areas
• Familiarity with corporate law, financial regulation, and compliance
• Excellent drafting skills in both Hebrew and English, with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.
