Senior Planner

We are seeking a Senior Planner to join a leading global company based in Holon. This is a standalone, high-impact role with full ownership over end-to-end planning processes across supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own planning activities across supply, materials, inventory, and production
• Translate forecasts and business needs into executable operational plans
• Manage and improve MRP/ERP planning processes
• Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply risks
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, procurement, and internal teams
• Track production schedules, shipments, and replenishment activities
• Maintain ERP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, etc.)
• Build KPIs, reports, and support process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – Advantage)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong ownership mindset and excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
